Gontkovic has over 20 years of trading and structured products experience in the electric power markets. He has owned and managed his own energy hedge fund and has worked at Credit Suisse, Baltimore Gas and Electric (BGE), Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs as an engineer, project manager and energy trader. Gontkovic brings the Kratos team insight into energy operations, physical risk assessment, derivative deal structuring and physical spread trading.
J Michael Graham
Graham is a former CEO and Senior Executive with 30 years of strategic marketing, operations and management experience. He was a partner with Dittler Brothers Inc which became part of Quebecor/World, the largest graphic communications company globally, as a part of the KKR Rollup Strategy. He has held executive positions at Cenveo, Webcraft (now Vertis) and World Color Press, all Fortune 10 companies in the Graphic Communication industry. In addition to his private sector experience, Graham brings an understanding of public sector policy as a former Chief Administrative Officer.
Lauterbach has more than 40 years of entrepreneurial leadership experience, forging alliances between private and institutional capital, industry and governments. His experience has been paramount in the development of mixed-use real estate and infrastructure in the U.S. and internationally in projects where elements of renewable, alternative energy were required by lack of traditional infrastructure. Lauterbach's projects included ports and logistics in Frankfurt, Germany, hotels and residential in Manhattan, New York and urban mixed-use in Dallas, Texas. He provides Kratos the ability to develop a large range of infrastructure projects around the world.
O’Bryan is a professional with nearly 20 years of experience providing international sales, management and consulting services to infrastructure, IT and telecom corporations. He has acted as the Director of Consulting Services for IDC Brasil, providing competitive strategic marketing services to companies such as Microsoft, HP, IBM, Telefonica and EMC. O’Bryan has also served the infrastructure industry for many years as an Engineer, Project Manager and Sales Director. He speaks fluent Portuguese and provides Kratos with insight into the world of international infrastructure development.
Dailey came to Kratos after a 20 year career in the brokerage and financial services industry, most recently as Senior Vice President of USI, the fifth largest insurance brokerage house in the world. He specialized in forming overarching financial agreements within Higher Education and Federal Agencies and Associations such as Head Start. Dailey was also Regional Manager for AIG Mid-Atlantic, managing accounts for clients such as Lockheed Martin, Boeing, Cater Air, The Marriott Corporation and General Dynamics. He provides Kratos with the ability to creatively finance a wide range of projects.
Smith has almost 30 years of experience in the real estate, consulting, and banking industries. He spent the last 10 years investing in and managing real estate projects as the founding investor in Greenfire Development raising over $50 million in capital in the first three years. He has extensive experience in property development, management and operations, as well as investor relations. Smith holds a MBA from City University in London, England and brings the Kratos team vast experience in the areas of infrastructure development and finance.
West has more than 25 years of experience practicing civil and business law in Virginia, Maryland and D.C. He has created, funded and managed a large range of companies including: outdoor advertising, infrastructure development, real estate settlement services, traditional legal services, international finance and restaurants. By representing both local and national leaders in politics and business over the past quarter century, West brings Kratos a portfolio of experiences and contacts that allow for creative problem solving to the array of issues that arise in creating growth businesses.
DeWald is a Real Estate Development and Construction Management Consultant with over 30 years international experience and expertise in the development, design and construction of commercial and residential real estate projects. He has successfully completed over $600 Million of real estate development and construction projects ranging from large commercial mixed-use to restaurants, hotels, and casinos. DeWald brings Kratos a unique perspective to infrastructure development having performed as a principal, developer, contractor, project manager and consultant on projects in numerous countries around the world.
Conkey comes to Kratos with 35 years of Supply Chain experience. He has negotiated and managed both U.S. and international contracts worth multiple billions of dollars. Conkey was responsible for contracts that were highly complex and extremely sensitive to cost, schedule, and subject matter. He worked primarily supporting the U.S. Federal Government to ensure that taxpayers’ interests were protected and that customers received the best product for the money. Conkey provides his expertise to ensure that Kratos is able to provide customers with efficient, cost effective solutions while maintaining supplier diversity and utilizing local businesses to the maximum extent possible.
